DIAP1.1

We conducted a study with 150 GPs in the UK and 194 GPs in France to find out how they are adapting to the new digital technologies available to them.

Digital and connected health devices and services have changed the way we interact with HCPs, and in recent years we have seen a push from the healthcare industry to reconnect doctors with patients. More than 90% of GPs use their computer every day for business, 90% their smartphone and nearly 60% their tablet. This presentation of the study conducted in France and the UK gives key insights on:

  • The role of technology for GPs
  • The impact of online services
  • The actual usage vs the availablity of digital tools
  • GPs personal vs professional use of technology
